MMCF’s workouts are based on functional movement guidelines for fitness that are broad, all-encompassing and infinitely scalable. MMCF’s programs are appropriate for anyone aged 5 to 105. MMCF offers community-based fitness in River North encouraging athletes to be involved in everyday workouts and social interaction, while making the workouts highly intense, including constantly varied functional movements. MMCF’s Integrated Fitness Programming allows athletes to have a better understanding of their specific nutritional needs based on group education and one-on-one access to an in-house nutrition expert.
