As every individual’s capabilities and fitness levels vary, knowing where to start and what movements will best help you reach your fitness goals can be daunting. The Foundations Program at MagMile CrossFit is designed to give new athletes the basic CrossFit movements in a comfortable and supportive setting with one of our expert coaches. This program is designed to prepare you for our CrossFit classes so that you will be able to participate in any class offered at MagMile CrossFit with comfort and confidence and according to your abilities.
How Much Does it Cost?
There is a one-time fee for the Foundations Program of $200. This fee includes all five one-hour personal training sessions. The Foundations Program comes with no contract or obligation to join our CrossFit program, so you can start your fitness journey without any commitment. This gives you the freedom to choose whether to stay and continue your journey with us.
What Will I Learn in the Foundations Program?
The Foundations Program covers the fundamentals of all basic CrossFit movements and includes a warm-up, stretch, movement demonstration, scaling and adjustments, and a short workout incorporating the session’s movements. The goal of the program is not only to teach you the basic movements but also to discover the best scaling options for you as an individual so that you can participate in any CrossFit class offered at MagMile CrossFit or any other CrossFit facility.
Is the Foundations Program Mandatory?
No, the Foundations Program is not mandatory. However, we do recommend it for all new athletes as it will give you the foundation you need to be successful in CrossFit. Just like any other training program offered by different gyms, having the knowledge and experience of the basic movements will help you, in the long run, be able to participate in any class and avoid injuries.
What To Expect with MagMile CrossFit’s Foundations Program
At MagMile CrossFit, our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience and to help you reach your fitness goals. They will work with you to tailor a learning style that fits you and set limitations according to your range of movement and physical capabilities.
