Cassandra Coronado (Cassie)

Coach

Cassie was born in Sonora, Mexico, and grew up at the border of Yuma, Arizona. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in healthcare and society.

Cassie just moved to Chicago to begin work at Northwestern Hospital, with plans to begin nurse training soon.

Cassie has been an active CrossFitter for 5 years, has been a coach for over a year, and has an L1 certification. She has made it her goal as a CrossFit coach to foster a safe and welcoming environment for every person that walks through the door.

Hunter Angileri coach at MagMile CrossFit

Hunter Angileri

After finishing his 4-year collegiate football career, Hunter was looking to lose his offensive line playing weight.

However, he wanted to maintain his passion for weightlifting and to find a new competitive outlet. CrossFit was the perfect fit and Hunter fell in love with the community. Over the course of a year he has lost almost 80lbs. Hunter graduated from Kalamazoo College in 2020 with a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular biology. He is currently a medical student at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Hunter also has experience in powerlifting, strongman, and coaching high school football.

Drew Zbihley coach at MagMile CrossFit

Drew Zbihley

Drew found CrossFit early in high school and was hooked from the first WOD.

A lifelong baseball player, he was drawn to CrossFit’s translational applicability to sport. As his interest grew, he earned his CF-L1 certificate and USA Weightlifting certification nearly 5 years ago and has been coaching since, specializing in Weightlifting. Drew graduated from Northwestern University in 2016 with degrees in Neuroscience and Economics. He is currently a medical student and Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and loves starting every day with a heavy lift and fast WOD. When he isn’t in the gym or classroom, you can find Drew recording a new episode of his podcast, Science in Society

Kim Kron coach at MagMile CrossFit

Originally from Seattle, Kim is a registered nurse who moved to Chicago for the Navy and ended up staying for graduate school at Rush University to train to become a nursing school professor.Kim has been involved with CrossFit for 5 years and has participated in local CrossFit and weightlifting competitions. When she isn’t studying, you can probably find Kim biking around Chicago or gallivanting around the globe.

Jason E. Overmyer coach at MagMile CrossFit

Jason E. Overmyer

A naturally born Hoosier farm boy (ask him about popcorn), Jason spent 15 years living and working in Washington DC, Europe and the Middle East. Initially focused on economics, defense and business management, a career change to follow his passion for food and wine led him to work for renowned chef and humanitarian, José Andrés. This brought him to Chicago in 2021 to open 2 restaurant concepts in River North.

Athletically, Jason comes from a martial arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu background, training and competing in multiple countries. He added CrossFit training in 2011 and started coaching CrossFit in 2017.. He is passionate about nutrition and specializes in powerlifting and Olympic lifting. He uses his background in athletics and food/hospitality management to help others toward their fitness and lifestyle goals.

Kevin Larry coach at MagMile CrossFit

Kevin Larry

Coach

Kevin was born in Detroit, MI, and moved all around the country for the military. He graduated from West Point with a B.S. in Systems Engineering. Kevin moved to Chicago to attend graduate school in hopes of earning his MBA from Booth School of Business.

Kevin has been an active CrossFitter for 5 years and has coached for over 4 years in various locations such as Miami, Missouri, Kuwait, and Iraq. Kevin lives to see that 1% improvement every day in his athletes and gets even more enjoyment from seeing members crush their goals.

Hailey moved to Chicago in July 2024 from Chattanooga, TN. She has been an avid CrossFitter for over 4 years. In addition to helping athletes improve their fitness every day, Hailey thrives in making people feel comfortable in the gym and engaging the community to make their hour at MMCF the best hour of their day!
