The Foundations Course
For First Time CrossFitters
At MagMile CrossFit we believe that the path to reaching your goals starts with an actionable plan.
Our Foundations Course is an introductory course designed to help new members learn the fundamental movements, techniques and principles of CrossFit before joining regular classes.
