In addition to our amazing staff, our gym has another amazing quality that most in our area don’t: we’re in a basement. That means that we don’t have downstairs neighbors that tell us to lightly drop our weights after a barbell snatch. We get to work out to our heart’s content and push ourselves to get better every single day.

Our coaches are dedicated to making sure that each and every person in a WOD gets the attention that they need in order to safely perform the exercises while pushing themselves. Before you come in, we’ll ask you about your familiarity with CrossFit and the workouts to make sure to match you with the right sessions.
