EZ played basketball at South Suburban College then Tennessee Tech University. He graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and is a 3x CrossFit Games Athlete (2015/2017/2024M).
In addition to coaching CrossFit, EZ has been teaching his LHO Olympic Lifting Seminar for 15 years. He also currently plays ABA professional basketball for the Windy City Inferno.
EZ is the proud father of 4 children, 3 boys & 1 girl.
